Pasture raised beef has less marbling, so please be aware when considering ordering steak cuts. After the cow is processed, you will receive an invoice based on final weights. Please note that pasture raised beef has a much lower fat content than feed lot beef. 

For a Quarter Cow Share, you will need roughly 4cu ft. of freezer space.
