The beef industry has made a lot of headway recently with improving labeling as far as it being a product of the United States but of course there’s still room for improvement and things can get a little bit convoluted.
When you buy from our ranch, you can know for certain that these cows were born and raised, and processed, packaged in the United States and specifically Texas.
One thing that also sets us apart as far as being a product of the United States and being small is that the meat that you get is from one cow whereas a lot of beef that you can buy from big box stores is thousands of cows put into a big processor all ground together blood from different animals meet from different animals you don’t know That every cow that was your ground beef is from the United States because not all of them have to be the ground beef of the United States.
And I know as Americans, and even more so as Texans, we have a sense of pride in who we are and what we stand for, and supporting the local economy and supporting businesses that align with our own beliefs in our own standards and we don’t have to worry about an ethical or unhealthy origins And the piece of mind that you get with buying directly from your farmer is priceless.
We pride ourselves on being extremely transparent with our processes and even do farm tours several times a year because we want to help people reconnect with their food and we want to help easier mind that you are truly getting what you think you are with the buzzwords that were using it our marketing. Because for us, they’re not just words we’re truly doing what we say. we’re truly committed to the values and the systems and the quality that we talk about and claim to live by.
Americans support American companies. Texans support Texan companies. And with our beef it’s not just a Texan owned company that’s importing beef from somewhere else. You’re supporting Texans who are raising and making the product 100% completely in Texas in the United States of America.
